How It Works
Audit
We review your current fee schedules across every insurance plan you accept.
Benchmark
We compare your rates against what similar practices in your area are actually being paid.
Negotiate
We handle the entire negotiation process directly with insurers, on your behalf.
You Get Paid More
No extra patients, no extra work, just higher reimbursement on what you’re already doing.
Step one is the audit, and it costs you nothing.

Illustrative example — not a client result
- Current reimbursement on one common procedure
- $850
- Per procedure, after a 6% negotiated increase
- +$51
- Per year, at 15 of those procedures a month
- +$9,180
That is a single procedure code. A full fee schedule contains hundreds of them, across every plan you accept.
Figures above are illustrative arithmetic, not a reported outcome. Actual rates, procedure volumes, and results vary by practice, carrier, and region.
How we know what to ask for
Every rate we push for is anchored to real market benchmarking data — what comparable practices in your area are actually being reimbursed for the same procedure codes. We bring carriers a defensible number, not a guess.
The audit is free
We review your existing fee schedules at no cost and show you what we find.
There is no obligation
If the numbers don’t justify renegotiating, we tell you that and you owe us nothing.
You do none of the work
We handle the benchmarking, the paperwork, and the conversations with carriers.
Why This Is Costing You Money Right Now
No one offers you a raise
Insurers don’t proactively offer you a better rate, you have to know to ask
The window is narrow
Most fee schedules can only be revisited once every 12 to 24 months, by contract
Your rate travels further than you think
“Leased” networks can quietly extend your negotiated rate to insurers you never directly agreed to work with
Accepting locks you in
Once you accept a rate increase, you’re typically locked into it for two more years
The dentists who stay ahead of this track their contracts and negotiate proactively, insurers won’t do it for you
Not sure when your rates were last reviewed?
Book Your Free AuditQuestions Practice Owners Ask
Are PPO fees actually negotiable?
Most are. PPO fee schedules generally have room for adjustment, though some plans — Medicaid and DHMO among them — use fixed schedules that cannot be moved. Part of the audit is telling you which of your plans are worth pursuing and which are not.
Why hasn’t my practice done this already?
Because nothing prompts it. The contracts are dense, the analysis is time-consuming, and no carrier is going to raise the subject on your behalf. It is one of the most commonly overlooked levers in an independent practice, not a sign that anything has gone wrong.
Could I just do this myself?
Yes, if you have the administrative bandwidth and a clear read on every contract you hold. In practice this is where it usually stalls — the benchmarking and the back-and-forth with carriers are the time-consuming parts, and those are the parts we take over.
What do you need from me?
Your current fee schedules and the list of plans you accept. That is the whole ask. From there the analysis, the paperwork, and the conversations with carriers are ours.
What if the numbers don’t justify renegotiating?
Then we tell you that, and you owe us nothing. An audit that ends in “your rates are already competitive” is still worth having — you stop wondering, and you know when your next contract window opens.
